Loved everything about Sayuri! The two of us split two delicious and inventive rolls (Red Dragon and Tsunami) and edamame and were pleasantly full. Delicious food and great service!

Sushi was incredible. The owner, Tim, is a sweetheart and has truly perfected his craft. We got to chat with him about his journey as a chef to owning his own restaurant. Between his homemade sauces and his delicious takes on classic special rolls, it's more than worth the price. Everything was fresh and prepped to perfection. As someone who loves sushi, I can attest that this place is a must if you're looking for the perfect roll. Do yourself a favor and stop in. I recommend the Dragon roll and the chefs favorite: the tsunami roll.

I love sushi. I had tried it from many places, but I would say "Sayuri is the best". Their sushi rolls are fresh, flavorful, and served in a wonderful presentation. The people are friendly and welcoming. My favorites are the Crunchy Salmon and Snow White. If you are looking for a small, comfortable, chilling atmosphere with delicious food. I highly recommended this place.

I love this place. The ocean chevice is to die for! The other items on the menu we ordered were pretty good too. The owner served the food himself. He’s a pretty nice guy.

We wanted something different than what the O’Hare neighborhood offers so we took a ride down here based off of the current stars/reviews and they were not wrong! We started with the gyoza and the tuna tartar…both told us right away this place isn’t kidding around. That tartar is phenomenal!! Dinner for me was the Boston roll & the crunchy spicy tuna…both are a bit out of my norm, yet both were so damn delicious! My husband had the Sushi B, one of his favorites and this blew him away! They even de-tailed his shrimp…it’s the little things, ya know. Tim, Sonja, best of luck to you both! Everything was fantastic! We look forward to making the drive out again to you soon!
